Can you believe it is the last week of Term 1 already! We are sure all of our wonderful CRT’s and Education Support staff are ready to have a well needed break after a busy Term 1!
As Easter Holidays are coming up, we thought for the last week, we would share with you with some online fun and engaging Easter activities to use as early finisher tasks for the last few days to term or to get inspired and try something crafty and creative when out teaching!
Teacher Starter have 16 different easter craft ideas to choose from to keep students engaged and be creative to the lead up to Easter. Some of these activities could be done during mindfulness sessions or as an early finisher task which will make students want to finish their set work, pronto!
We have also found some Curriculum linked lesson ideas and activities that incorporate the Easter theme! The lesson ideas cover the learning outcomes about the history, traditions and symbols of Easter while also discovering how it is celebrated around the world.
Education.com have a large range of Easter themed worksheets that incorporate literacy and numeracy. These are great to have as a back up after a set lesson as Early Finisher tasks.
